podcast episode what was it two weeks ago i ended up replaying my love bombing episode i actually

listened to it and i had forgotten about all the

things I've been through. Grow up, been through it. And it was just a reminder of how far I've come

and the things that have happened in my life and just the lessons I've learned in dating.

And I hope it resonated with some of you or just if you're

getting into dating don't get love bummed like I have been I really wanted to do an episode

but I don't know I was just busy enjoying La Vida Loca took my mom to see what did we go see

On Valentine's Day, and I spent it with my mom.

My sister went to the concert.

We were celebrating my mom's birthday.

Then when we came back, I was leaving to Mexico on Monday or Tuesday.

So everything was just like, go, go, go. I had like a week and a half off work and life is worth living. It was nice to just shut my brain from the

workforce and just disconnect. What I did notice when I was in Mexico is that much

people, you can tell we're American because we're on our phones.

As I observe people, as I

slowed down, I realize that
