Well, apart from my consumption, I should be bursting into La Boya in second.

I'm pretty good. La La and I have had a lovely walk outside for her

and I'm still plowing through Borgon. It's thrilling, but it's not a thrill.

It's a Danish TV show. It was actually started like 10 years ago,

but I've just come to it very late and I'm just obsessed with it.

It's about politics and it's a bit like a good wife. You know that show I was in?

It's a bit like a Danish good wife, I realize.

But it's about this woman who becomes the prime minister and then she stops in private.

It goes on for many seasons, but it's just really, it's my sort of treat.

And the thing is what's really interesting about it, because of the subtitles,

you really have to pay attention. Do you know what to mean?

That's what I actually, I think it's quite good. I think I've realized I've got into the habit

of that thing of watching tally whilst doing other things.

And I think it's that phone and hand or kind of, you know,

reading or cooking or doing something else.

So I'm actually really enjoying back being back to that sort of,

trying to, that's my new thing. I'm trying to focus more,

not to have my phone in my hand at all times,
