Hello everyone and welcome to today's episode. So today's episode is all about are you setting the bar too

to think of a life update. Not much. Oh, I ran the half marathon. I fucking did it. I did the

half marathon. It was so intense. It was so amazing. I got it done in two hours

and 58 seconds and I think the last time it was like two hours and five minutes or something. So

that's an improvement and I wasn't even trying to improve. I just wanted to run the whole thing.

So that was great. My legs felt like lead balloons for about four days after. So good times,

haven't done anything all week. I was just recovering and, and basking in my glory of being a

half marathon runner. But anyway, let's get into the, well, no, I want to do a brain fact first.
