So, depression. Depression's a word that is used a lot of time now and when I was a child,

I had never even heard of it. But with cases rising of people suffering with depression,

surely there's got to be something more that can be done,

something that can help us just to get through it. Now, if you've been confirmed of suffering

with depression, just follow the tips that I'm going to give you today, alongside your medication,

and you certainly can do it. So what is depression? We all have days of feeling down in the dumps,

demotivated and a little bit low, but these are normal reactions to life struggles. Many people who use

days. However, it's when these feelings of down in the dumps, feeling demotivated or feeling a little

bit low, start to spread into weeks or months that this is when your doctor would generally

be classed as depression.
