My typical idea of relaxation is a dark room with some candles lit,

PJs on, a feet up with a blanket and a good film.

This is where I can shut off the rest of the world for a few hours and completely spend time

just on me watching a film feeling nice, comfortable and relaxed. You may think completely different.

You may think that going for a walk is the way that you relax. Exerciseizing is the way

that you relax. Maybe play a game of golf or go shopping. But relaxation is when you can stop
