And we're gonna be talking about all things baby home birth

raising healthy kids family my wife Chelsea and all that stuff so it's gonna be great

It's great to be here.

So we've known each other for quite a while.

I know that we, you guys live in the same spot where Josh and I spend a ton of time down in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, which kind of lies in between Panama City Beach and Destin, Florida.

And man, it looks like, you know, I follow you on Instagram and see some of Mike's post of him

kayaking and you know that sort of thing so it seems like you guys are having a great time

down there we love it I mean it's definitely a small town so you don't have some of the

advantages of Nashville or something like that but I love the daily living and it's so great for kids. I mean every day they're outside which is just

stuck inside, I used to live in Chicago and like half the winter we were just stuck inside,

which makes it really hard.

So.

Oh, yeah, yeah, I know.

We went down there for Christmas this year

and spent time with Chelsea side of of the family and it was 70 and

sunny I mean you know it was just fantastic I couldn't believe how nice the

weather was so it was yeah man it was awesome it It was awesome. Well, we love and respect you guys so much. Thank you for now we already had your book, but you send us a second one. Which we'll talk about today, the Mama Natural pregnancy and childbirth sort of guide here and so we're
