Welcome back to the Wellness Cafe. I hope you all had a great week since we last hung out.

I am back now from my trip to LA. What a time it was. I am recording this Tuesday morning. So the day

before you all hear it and Kate and I, Kate, is going to be on this episode. We recorded while I was

with her in LA. So she will be on this episode. A lot of you sent in questions for her beforehand

to go over with her. So we talked about how she got started with her career in social media,

her college experience in the States, working at a Ritzia because she is my little Ritzia girl. So

we really covered it all, but let's just catch up first. Okay. So solo flights, my trip to go visit

Kate in LA is over. I am home. Y'all, it was so amazing. Kate and I did a recap of what we did

your comfort zone to reap all the amazing benefits that come from it. So let's rewind to Wednesday.

Flying out of Edmonton, Brody dropped me off at the airport. I got out and hugged him, and for

some reason I started tearing up. You didn't hear it from me, but I did start tearing up. Like,
