1:10.2	when they buy their Mac, buy a new Mac first owner out of the store type deal.
1:16.0	Yeah, I think generally the first Mac you buy is a new one, but that's not always the case.
1:22.0	One of the hardest things about... but that's not always the case.
1:29.0	One of the hardest things about, especially for new switchers to the Mac platform, is figuring out which Mac they need to buy.
