I mean, this person, you know, Nico Cato eats this every fucking day. I can have a little bit once a week. It's just one meal. It makes that kind of regular cheating, the stuff that actually impacts real people and actually causes obesity, it makes it a non-issue. |

1:56.9 | And it's that steady caloric surplus and shit food and the inflammation, all the issues related to that and the hormone imbalances and all the stress, it's that incremental accumulation over time. It's not like, hey, I ate a bad meal and now I'm fat. That never happens. You might get puffy, you might have water retention, but you don't get fat overnight. You don't build muscle overnight. Things just don't change overnight. You can make some big habit changes, but you have to implement them. You can say, hey, I'm going to start making my bed every morning. You make it for one day. Cool. You have a habit going for one day in a row. But what about the next day? What about the day after that? You know, a lot of people just don't perpetuate this shit. They do it once and they think that, hey, I've changed. Well, yeah, you've changed if you keep on changing. If you keep on doing it, you keep on, you know, keep on perpetuating that habit and that action. And then you'll have actually changed. You'll create a new habit. So the video today is great.
