facebook feed and he saw a post uh from an individual saying hey i want some advice i plateaued

how can i bust through this plateau i need some fitness and nutrition advice from you all from

all the geniuses on the facebook um like Facebook is its own funny land these days.

Like, you know, it's just like communities kind of just microphone each other and you hear

the same thing over and over and like people really craft their own little identity.

And it's kind of fun to see the responses.

And I think this episode in particular is a really great insight into, you know, the Gen Pops opinion of fitness.

And by way of this, you can probably even bust through some myths and kind of explain how things work.

So basic, yeah, a little explanation, not a single pound lost, basically a month-long plateau, working out four to five times a week,
