Welcome back. I am glad you're here today because I think today's episode is really, really important and I can be honest and say that it's a fine line that we all walk and we all need to be aware of. And the more we are aware of it,

0:16.4

the better we can be and making sure we're walking on the right side of the line and not falling into comparison black holes we don't need to be in

1:28.6

we want to avoid. So I think being able to break apart the difference between are we comparing to people or

1:34.8

are we learning from people makes a massive difference in our ability to grow as individuals.

1:42.1

Also I highly suggest listening to episode 79.

1:46.0

It is titled, Is Comparison Hurting Your Progress?

1:49.0

That episode is going to go right along with what we're talking about today and I would almost

1:53.8

consider today a part two of that where I dive a little bit deeper into the

1:58.4

emotion and the difference because I think a lot of times we get confused

2:02.3

between oh I'm following this for motivation
