And the title of the interview is how a couple built a seven condo rental portfolio in five years.

My interview is with Joe Delgrosso. He lives in Knoxville, Tennessee.

He and his wife and their two young twin boys live there. And he has a really interesting background.

He's an executive producer for TV shows. Some of the shows you've seen on HGTV and other places,

kind of well-known shows. He's been a part of that. That's what he does for a career. But he and his wife have transitioned while they're still working to buying rental properties on the side. In particular, they found a condo niche. So that's just been one that's worked for them in their town of Knoxville. And so in this interview, we talk about how they made the transition to actually start investing in real estate. They read rich dad, poor dad, like a lot of us have. But then how

they started off kind of not focusing on all the details, just getting into the game without

knowing everything, but then started learning more, building systems, their rental property

systems. We talk about how they finance their properties,

how they manage them, how they built a team around them, who their mentors were. So lots of great nitty-gritty details that will help any of you if you are looking to grow a rental portfolio or just
