I found sometimes if I get ahead of myself or, you know, when I thought, oh, the leads that are coming in are not the leads I was expecting.

call between me and a student somebody from one of my courses real estate start school class

and we're just going to talk to this student and they're going to tell me

what they're up to, what they're working on. And in most cases, I'm going to give some feedback,

ask some questions. And so it's just going to be a conversation, a real conversation about a real

investor. In this case, the investor is a long distance investor. He lives in California. And his

name is Scott Palmer. So he lives

in Southern California, and he's looking to invest in North Carolina at this point. So the

triangle region of North Carolina, Winston-Salem, Greensboro. And so we're just going to go through

a conversation with him, and you'll see the type of things he's working on, how he figured

out the location he's concentrating on, where he's going to get the money for his deal,
