episode. I have a very special guest. Her name is Ann. She's a former student of mine client

inside of the Food Freedom Online program. And she has an incredible story that I believe will

encourage you so much. Anne just turned 57 years old and has been struggling in her relationship with food

in her body for over 45 years and has gotten to this place within the last year and a half

or so where there's been a complete evolution and she's gone from not trusting herself

to learning how to trust her body, trust herself to make good decisions. And we were just talking

before I hit record on this podcast episode. And she said something that's impacted her so much

in this epiphany that she kind of had was she has gained access to have the freedom to do more

things in her life because she's found freedom from food and body image struggles. She said it
