Summary

On today’s episode Jessi shares strategies to stop using food as a coping mechanism and instead learn to skillfully feel your emotions. The journey of healing your relationship with food & body is multifaceted but one layer of it is becoming a better feeler & releasing unprocessed emotions. The way we feel is driving the way we behave so it's imperative to release any internal pressure that creates reactivity & impulsiveness around food.    Links: Sign for Jessi’s VIP email list here where she will share exclusive content *You don’t want to miss the 1st email which includes an EPIC workbook guide for alll my visual gals on Nervous System Regulation!* Are you ready to end the fight with food once and for all?
