Summary

Listen in this week as I share a technique that I’ve found effective in connecting to your sexuality by embodying your own desire. This can feel uncomfortable and it may bring up strong emotions for you, and that’s totally okay and normal. The great thing about this work is that you can take it as slow as you want, without anyone else being involved.

Like everybody wants to be body positive.

1:33.6

Nobody wants to be that woman who thinks she should be thin. But it's still so ingrained,

1:38.9

right? And the truth is, it's like the opposite of trivial. That's what has been really landing for me so

1:44.8

powerfully as I have been creating this course and kind of creating all of these new

1:50.3

tools and advanced materials and like thinking about why this work is so

1:53.6

important right it's the opposite of trivial it's the opposite of shallow the amount

1:58.8

of time that women spend thinking about their cellulite and their wrinkles and their gray hair and

2:05.5

their whatever right and the truth is of course that like women who have none of those

2:10.6

things hate their bodies too it It's never about the thing.

2:13.6

You can always find something.

2:15.0

But it's just the amount of time that women spend thinking about

their weight and their exercise and what they ate,
