| 1:41.4 | seem to be able to let go of these emotions. You may feel like they're just part of who you are. |
| 1:48.0 | And while it's true we all experience the full range of human emotions, we get on a regular basis what we think on a |
| 1:58.2 | regular basis and if some of these ego-driven thoughts are habitual, then you're likely to feel these emotions that can interrupt your joy in life. So I really honor you |
