discomfort and how you can use that in your life. I'm talking about big pain like heartbreak and

breakdowns of relationships and, you know, loss and, you know, big, big, bad things that can happen in

your life, pain, and also discomfort,

like the things that you really avoid because they're not remotely enjoyable, so you end up

avoiding them for years and years and years when you've been telling yourself that you want

to do something. So I'm talking about both those things, how using that feeling and that

experience of pain and discomfort, how you approach that and what you do with

that can shape and will shape your life. Okay? All of us right now, every single one of us,

maybe with the exception of 0.001 is going through something, whether it's big or small,

whether you're going through something where you've noticed, oh, I just can never get out of bed at 6am or whether you're going through this horrible pain

of the breakdown of a family or a divorce or a terrible heartbreak. We are all dealing with something.

It could be a total failure in your career. It could be being fired. There's always something
