Hey everybody and welcome back to I Just Want to talk about the Bible.

If this is your first time joining us, then let me just welcome you and say that I am so glad that you're here.

My name is Christian Keeter and I live in the southeast of the United States of America with my amazing, beautiful godly wife Lacey and our two wonderful daughters, Felicity and Serenity.

All right, guys. Well, today we are taking a brief break from Galatians. We will resume it soon.

But there is something else that I've been thinking about that I want to share with you guys today.

That will hopefully be encouraging and calibrating and perhaps even help you to have a specific perspective on

things that you may be passing through. So some of this will take the form of a personal testimony,

but the principles that I want to share with you guys today that are going to come out of this, just I guess personal testimony, but the principles that I want to share with you guys today that are going to

come out of this, just, I guess, personal testimony, apply to all of us. So as I talk and share,

you know, don't just think, wow, Christian has a lot of issues, which I do not deny, and I welcome

your prayers. However, realize that traveling inside of the things that I'm going to share are truths

that apply to us all.

So if you think about it that way, the testimony is the vehicle, but there are truths traveling

inside of that that I want us to see today.

So sometimes I can feel like two different people.

When I'm feeling pressured, afraid, or overwhelmed, it's like I can become an entirely different

person than I am otherwise.

Obviously, needless to say, this isn't good, right?

And it's a point of weakness. We want to be consistent across the board

regardless of our circumstances, or to use another term, we want to have self-control, right?

That's certainly an application of self-control if I can remain consistent in the same,
