My name is Christian Keeter and I live in the southeast of the United States of America with my amazing, beautiful, godly wife Lacey,

and our two wonderful daughters, Felicity and Serenity.

All right, well, today we are continuing to work our way through the book of Galatians,

the letter from Paul to the churches in the region of Galatia.

And if I were to do a full recap of where we are at this point, it would end up taking

a huge part of the episode.

So I think we've reached the point where I can just say, I'm going to briefly summarize,

but if you want more detail, I would just direct you back to earlier episodes in this

series.

I hope that this one will be able to stand on its own.

In other words, I mean, if this happens to be the first episode you're listening to,

I hope that any episode can certainly stand on its own.

But if you want more detail about the things that we're talking about,

it will be helpful to go back and listen to prior episodes.

Because I think that this

might be like our seventh episode through the book of Galatians. But anyways, just brief recap.

So what's happening is Paul is writing this letter to these churches in this region of Galatia.

Remember Galatia is not a city, it's a region. And what has happened in these churches is that some alternative gospel has worked

its way into these congregations. People have come into the church, the churches, after Paul

and his crew had preached the gospel to them, and this crew is preaching to them a distortion of the
