A lot of what I talk about here on the podcast is very into the weeds or the nuts and bolts of how

to invest in real estate, how to affect your finances. And I do love those topics.

But today I want to think about the tools of your mind and your schedule and how you

approach both real estate investing, but also the rest of your day and the rest of the

events that bombard you in your life.

Because what I found for myself, also for other people I'm working with in classes and

coaching, is that that filter of what's coming through your mind and how you react to the

events that happen are just as important as some of the knowledge that you learn in your

real estate investing. And this particular idea is one of my favorites from one of my favorite

books that I read right after college about 18 years ago
