I've been having the best lunch lately where I'm making like fake saviche and eating it with chips.

So my favorite foods. No one else my family likes it. So I buy those big bags of frozen pre-cooked shrimp. Heat it up, boil it. So, you know, to keep them to like get defraught to thaw them. and then drain them, put some cold water on them, chop them up in little pieces, add them to a bowl with a bunch of lime juice and salt and like a little bit of this korean barbecue sauce that i really like or like korean sweet soy sauce kind of thing and then i eat it with chips and it's like faux seviche and i'm eating like every day right now that sounds great i love how you get into like these modes of making the same thing. Yeah. And it's your comfort foods.

It's your comfort food. Yeah. Some people on Instagram are on TikTok. I don't TikTok, but I watch TikToks on Instagram. They call them dopamine snacks. Dopamine snacks. But I do get into food faces. Mostly because like I find something and then it's just like becomes an easy routine. I don't have to think about it. Well, yeah. You don't have to make something different every single day.

So right now I'm in a phase with this fake speech. But even without the fake speech, I still have been eating shrimp every day for lunch for like a year. Because it's just so quick and easy. And I like it and I don't get a chance to eat it any other time. And I mean, from a nutritional standpoint, it is very, very high in protein, which protein is definitely the one macronutrient that I struggle to get as much as I want to have. I think all of us do. Maybe I'm speaking. I just never go for protein. No, I'm never like, you know what I could use right now? Just a slab of meat. Just like a slab of turkey. I mean, sometimes a slab of meat, but like, yeah,
