We are talking about something that I've been seeing coming up a lot for my clients

and something that I feel like we haven't talked about for a long time and that is frustration when you're in a weight loss journey when you're trying

to lose weight the specifically the emotion of frustration and how that affects weight loss

and more so I think how it sabotages weight loss pretty. Pretty common. I think we can both relate to that.

So I would love to start with that saying that I want to talk about it because I know how damaging it is.

I know what a struggle it is and I know how it feels in your body.

It's one of those emotions that I would like describe as like a hot emotion.

the way frustration really feels in my body is like a literal push against reality.

Like it's a push against what we're experiencing what's going on. And it's a push against what we're experiencing what's going on.

And it's a push against what we're seeing and the expectations that we have about what we think

should be happening. And the fact that it's not almost gives us this like angry anxiety type

thing that that's the way that frustration feels for me.
