that we have in weight loss. Our expectations, I think the main thing is like our expectation

of the time that it takes to change something. Yeah, we expect things to change overnight.

Yeah, and we do probably talk about this a lot. But I want to talk about it more in like the application way of like the way that I work with my clients on it because I see

it so often because people join vibe club. They're excited. They have this hope of a new opportunity

and a new possibility with their relationship for food and with binge eating and for weight loss

and they feel really

hopeful and it's really easy to do things when you're feeling really hopeful and like you're

kind of running on those high vibes but eventually at some point I promise you and I guarantee you

you will hit a point where even if you're running off those fumes of motivation in the beginning
