with preparing for client breaks. At the time of this recording, it is very pertinent because we're kind of running

up to a seasonal break, but we're going to be covering different kinds of breaks as well.

How do we prepare our clients for those? Then our second topic is we're going to be checking

in with our good friends at CPCAB. And Rory, you spoke to Kelly Kelly Budd and you spoke about that very first ever

client hour. Yes and this is something that comes up in our Facebook page all the time and if you
