We've got one for the geeks this week as I welcome Ivan O'Gorman of IOG Bike Fit and Consulting to the podcast for a deep dive on bike fitting and performance. Ivan regularly works with recreational cyclists and triathletes of all levels, as well as World Tour professionals and Olympians.
