Summary

Our children have faced change across various arenas of life and, for most, it has been incredibly isolating. Many parents are struggling with how to support kids through the turbulence that we find ourselves in these days, especially in terms of talking about Covid-19, supporting their education, and addressing the common fears of social, sporting, and emotional development due to the detours that we are navigating.

Today, Matt provides his lens on how to support children emotionally, through his unique coaching lens: fostering development in our kids through sport, and creating fun and inventive ways to drive them forward.

Kids are observant, smart, and adaptable. We cannot hide or gloss the situation and they are more equipped than we realize to handle a tailored version of the realities we face.
