Today I'm sharing two big reasons why you need to embrace the suck. We’re going to experience it at least 50% of the time anyway, so why not accept that and move through the world knowing that it sometimes sucks to be a human? There is no perfect way to do this, and willing to stay present is a skill that will help you embrace the other 50% that is full of joy and happiness.

1:51.9 | time and every time I looked in the mirror I was upset and I didn't want to see myself naked and you know I didn't want to have sex with the lights on and I was thinking about like what I'd eaten and what I should eat and what I shouldn't eat and exercising and calories and like when I was going to like I it was so all-consuming and I think it's not surprising that for a lot of people their feminist kind of journey starts with body image stuff |
