So three episodes ago I had two guests on my show,

Gary Turner, Will Barton, and we did a lot of discussion on kind of depression,

body image, the kind of, especially relating that to the fitness industry and how we are seeing ourselves and the actions people take and

this was obviously a fascinating topic like really fascinating and I think it's a big problem

in the fitness industry.

There's an awful lot of people that are struggling with the way that they look

and are struggling with their kind of mental perception of their body,

the actions that they take.

So I felt that I couldn't leave this topic. I felt that the

the podcast that we did with Gary and Will we kind of opened a can of worms and

I've recently had lots of messages on the show it's been some amazing feedback on

Twitter and Gary himself has you know got a lot of messages of people reaching out so I decided to get Gary back on the show. Gary hello how are you?
