0:58.7	Hi. Thanks for having me. Yeah. So I was watching your reality show before our podcast today. And it was just so cool to see just how the
1:05.8	progress and how you're making things beautiful. And I'm an investor flipper myself. And I love to make

1:24.4	real estate in real estate sales, really my whole adult life from the time I got
1:29.4	out of college. I got a marketing degree, graduated from DePaul University. And during college,
1:36.3	I actually worked at Bairdon Warner, which was a high in real estate firm in the city there. And I just
1:42.4	answered phones. So, but just being around real estate and that
1:46.6	whole environment had me intrigued. And growing up, my parents were, you know, their businesses
1:53.9	were based here in Boyle, Wisconsin. And by the time I came into existence, they, you know,
2:00.8	were, they owned other businesses,
2:02.5	but they really got their start and kind of, let's just say, started making their money in their
2:07.6	early years doing just what you were just saying, just being real, you know, investing in real estate.
