Thanks for having me on your podcast. Yeah. Where do you live? Live in Costa Rica. Yeah, I lived in New York for 11 years and then we moved down here about five years ago. Yeah, what brought you to Costa Rica? We've been working on a project here of creating a spiritual sanctuary. So we have about 33 acres of land that we've abandoned land that we purchased,

that we've now regenerated. We've planted over 9,000 trees and plants and have created a garden.

And the idea was to create a place where people can come and work on themselves and really find

more clarity about their lives and who they are. Yeah.

Well, it was done over the last 10 years, I would say.

You know, the land was completely clear cutcut when we bought it. So we were put down, I didn't remember the first planting was 100-something,

and the second planting was 800 trees. You know, it takes a while. So if you do it over a period

of 10 years, it's doable. But, you know, the idea was to regenerate the place and to create

a place where people can really get to know themselves.

And that's the biggest thing, right?

You know, people are always looking outside for answers, you know, reading books, listening to podcasts and things, which are all great and wonderful.

But very few people spend time in self-reflection and really asking themselves what it is they want in life.
