Hey guys, we'll be talking about getting over setbacks.

I truly believe every setback is a time for us to come back stronger and bigger because of it.

That is the only way we're going to achieve our goals.

Or if you want to let go of an issue, I remember specifically the first 18 years of our life were just full of fear, anxiety, blushing,

unconfidence, not feeling worthy or good enough.

Now, if I just gave in to that, and I thought, well, that's just the way my life's going to be,

a series of these so-called failures of not being happy, I would not be here right now

telling you different.

You see, I had to make a decision to take responsibility for my environment in a sense of

rather the environment and the world having an impact on me, it's up to me to make an impact on the world or my life in every way. The person with the most flexibility in their mind and

body will begin to adapt to their environment. You see, when we begin to have that behavioral flexibility,

when if something's not working, say you get that setback or you've been trying so long,

but something's just holding you back,

where it be something external or internal, it's up to us as an individual to take ownership

over our life. Remember, you are worthy and you are good enough. You are capable and I know

you have all the resources that you need to make this work.

So rather seeing a setback as a failure, see it as a comeback where you get stronger and better.

One thing I personally do is if something's not going right, and even if it feels outside of my

controls, you maybe think, oh, it's the economy, or I didn't get the job, I didn't get past the interview, or my business wasn't that successful.

It doesn't just have to stop there. It doesn't have to be an ending. It doesn't have to be that's just the way life is.

Instead, see it as an opportunity to grow as a person.
