Before I dive into the episode today, I just thought I'd take some time to share a few things that have been happening in my life at the moment.

It's been a little bit hectic with the first draft of my book being due next month.

I've had quite a few questions about how I've stayed on track with writing and how I've overcome

creative blocks and what's helped me stay motivated. So I'll definitely be sharing either an

article or maybe an episode about how my book writing journey has unfolded. Apart from that,

I've also been writing lots of articles for some great online platforms including the

Blue Room at Bupa and The Daily Guru.

Since I left my part-time office job just over a month ago, I've been working from home

full time and I'm thinking I'll also share some behind-the-scenes experiences with that.

I've really loved it especially because I can hang out with my dogs all the time, but

there have been a few challenges as well. After spending so much time at my computer, I was getting

some bad back pains, so I went to my osteopath last week, and I'll have to go back again next

week. I'm hoping to set up a proper desk so I can take better care of myself and my body

and make sure I also incorporate more yoga and stretches into my working days. And in the same

week that my book is due, my partner deck and the dogs and I will be moving house. So we've
