Well, we're glad to have you. It looks like you got a cool office over that. I can see big images of luxury properties behind you. How long have you been in real estate, Jerry?

Yeah, about 35 years. Cool. Always in Toronto. Started with a previous company. Outgrew the company.

And then we jumped ship and decided, okay, we're going to design our own concept, come up

So long time ago, Toronto, Canada, why did you want to get into real estate? You know what? I was actually going to go into law school. And I had a good friend of mine who was in law school, it was articling. And I saw the way they were working him. And I said, gosh, if I'm going to give that kind of effort, I'm going to do it for myself. I'm not going to do it for somebody else. And so it led into real estate. And back then, I wanted to earn a lot of money. And I found out that real estate was certainly an asset class that most millionaires owned. And I wanted to be encouraged and enter into that world. And so I got my real estate license at a young age in my early

20s. I was always eager and ambitious. So I had a driving force to make things happen.

Always had big dreams and big goals. So that helps along the way. I read a lot of great

books, met a lot of incredible people along my journey and my path and said, you know what,
