How are you doing, Athena?

You know, couldn't be happier to be here.

Thank you for having me.

It's a beautiful day in Denver, although it's a little bit hot,

and, you know, just got finished showing a bunch of properties, so I can't complain.

Awesome. Well, tell us a little bit about your journey. How did you get into real estate? How long have you been in it?

Absolutely. So I like to say my past life. I was a professional skier.

So I was born and raised in Colorado.

I grew up in a little mountain community called Breckenridge,

where my father was also a professional skier, but a developer.

So I grew up walking job sites from the time I probably could walk. And I grew up skiing from the time that I could

walk as well. And that's, you know, skiing really took my heart. And when I look back, I really think

that's the best business school I ever could have asked for. Because as a young, you know, a young
