government of Greek Prime Minister Kiryakos Mitsotakis with the full support of

the US government and the Biden administration has unleashed a new special police force

on two universities campuses that looking awful lot like the old

military junta-era police who used to forcefully criminalize dissent on campuses across the country during their reign of terror.

Don't get me wrong, it's not like the United States only started supporting this policy recently.

In reality, the U.S. embassy has been calling for such police since 2006

during the George W Bush administration. The policy continued through the

entirety of the Obama and then the Trump administration and still lingers to this day.

But because there is bipartisan support in the U.S. for Greece becoming fascist as there is for Turkey's march towards fascism as well.
