all right welcome episode 132 and this is a bit of a fun episode well I think

it'll be fun for you it wasn't necessarily fun for me what I did to put this

episode together I kind of hurt a little bit cut her hurt a lot emotionally kind

of hurt the old Case Kenny ego but not really also and that's what I'm gonna talk

about here and it's actually the reason I use the Lizo lyric for the title

turns out I'm 100% that bitch and you'll see why I say that what I did and what

I'm talking about in this episode because I think I think you're really going

to get a lot out of this I do I think if if you're the kind of person if you're

constantly doubting yourself if you're constantly wishing you were like a

certain other way look the certain other way did certain other things and you

just kind of like aren't in general in head over heels in love with yourself

then you're gonna get a lot out of this episode because at the end of the day

you are 100% that bitch and I want you to embrace that like fully embrace that

no questions asked because that I found is when the magic happens so call it

self acceptance just pure self acceptance and you know everyone says that of

course everyone says that you need to accept who you are because it's true okay

but few people I found actually do it actually are able to do it because it's
