| 2:11.7 | them that I've experienced a lot. Okay. And I have just let myself be sad. I haven't tried to change that at all, and I've |
| 2:18.9 | just let myself cry whenever I've felt like crying, okay? Depression can happen for a few reasons, |
| 2:26.4 | including like our biochemistry, which is a fancy word for just the chemical makeup of our brain. |
