Hey everyone, welcome to the podcast today. We are going to talk about falling asleep. And that's one thing that I hear from a lot of you guys

when you're anxious or you're stressed is that you have a hard time falling asleep. So let's talk

and being able to fall asleep at night, it really starts the minute you wake up in the morning. Okay.

If you are not making decisions during the day that serve you at night when it is time to

fall asleep, you're just making it hard on yourself to fall asleep later at night.

my anxiety has exhibited itself in my life is by messing with my sleep. And it's super annoying, okay?

anxiety and sleep. The more you worry and obsess about falling asleep, the more you stay awake,

worrying about it. And the more you stay awake, obviously, the less sleep you get and the more

tired you are, the more anxious and stressed out you feel. Okay, so I definitely know how hard

it is to fall asleep when you are feeling anxious or worried about something. And that's kind of like

my anxieties go to. And even if you're doing all the right things during the day, sometimes
