Thank you for your lovely and encouraging words on the announcement of this podcast coming back. The hiatus is definitely needed, but there's so much to talk about.

So we're going to jump right into some weekly podcasts for you. Today is brought to you by my

conversation around ideas to make sure that you are, you know, taking care of you in the way

that actually is taking care of you. And also just some nerdy information about the planets

and astrology, because it's something that you can learn infinite amounts of knowledge on.

So it's something I'm really enjoying learning.
