ou can do everything right… and still not get the result you expected.
So what happens next?

Today’s episode isn’t about motivation. It’s about staying power.
It’s about how you respond when you’re frustrated, discouraged, or convinced it’s not working, because that response determines everything.

Inside this episode:

  • Why your most important progress comes after things stop going to plan

  • The difference between what feels justified in the moment and what actually serves your goals

  • A client story that perfectly shows how we can turn a stepping stone into a cop-out — or a pivot point

  • The simple but high-impact question that will change the way you respond to hard moments

💭 You don’t need more hype. You need to train your response.
Today is where that begins.

do believe that these five days that we're spending together as part of this mid-year point really do

build on each other. So go back to day one,

How do you typically respond when you are discouraged? For the longest time, when I felt

1:23.7

discouraged about my health, my fitness, my weight loss, my nutrition, I just blew everything

1:29.3

off. And whether it was for a few hours or a few days, sometimes even a few weeks or a few months,

1:35.9

I just went into screw it. Who cares mode? And that was such an unhealthy and a toxic pattern I had to

1:43.9

break. I know some people who do that when they're building their a toxic pattern I had to break.

1:45.0

I know some people who do that when they're building their business and things aren't going

1:49.1

well and they've tried a million things and it feels like nothing's working.

1:52.5

And how you respond to that determines everything.

1:57.0

Same thing when your marriage isn't going well and you're arguing over everything.
