at least my bad sense of humor i don't think hidey's sense humor as bad as mine but you can get

both of our one-two punch Heidi is famous for being our shame correspondent.

She goes out there and finds things that make her feel ashamed and frustrated.

And then she brings the podcast.

And then we talk about it.

So it's a perfect combination.

So today's podcast, because it's coming right off the heels of, if you guys didn't know,

there's, you know, obviously a big election, bad joke intended.

But with all the drama, with everything going on, and when I say drama, I'm not for

one or against the other, I'm just saying with, it's just you can kind of feel it in the
