| 1:45.9 | Now, manufactured homes might be single or multisectional and are transported from the factory |
| 1:51.8 | to the site and then they're installed. The homes are permanently affixed to a foundation that |
| 1:56.6 | often might be classified as real property under the applicable state law. That means the foundation |
| 2:03.7 | is actually part of what you own. But with many manufactured homes, it also might be financed, |
| 2:12.3 | which is not real property. Now, this means it's fake. It means that that land is leased and you don't own it. |
