It's been a long time since you guys have heard from me.

It's very good to be talking for a few minutes.

I also, I'm really looking forward to being able to share a couple of thoughts with you guys.

I've had lots of thoughts in the past six weeks or so because I haven't been able to talk much.

I just wanted to say thank you to all of our loyal listeners

out there for sharing information about Light the Fight to family, friends, and loved ones,

or anyone who you think could benefit from just hearing our conversations and the things that

we talk about here, which is always family related in one way or another relationship, close

interpersonal family members friends

types of relationship conversations but I'm especially thankful for this opportunity to

talk to you guys because I have been eating humble pie for breakfast lunch and dinner

I thought I was fairly humble before my recent health experiences, but turns out there was a lot more humble pie for me to eat.

I made a really long story short for those of you that have been paying attention to the podcast for a while, notice that I was gone.
