and I'm a fan of yoga, I'll be up front about that.

What I'm not a fan of is that people get confused by it very easily.

There are people out there that assume that they go to yoga and they're automatically

getting meditation, they're automatically getting flexibility, mobility training, they're automatically getting flexibility mobility

They're automatically getting stability and

And that isn't always the case.

And I actually, I wasn't gonna podcast on this,

but I was an event recently where I talked to some yoga practitioners and they really confirmed my thoughts on this and they say you know what

Yoga has become this blend of things and people are getting confused by it so you do need to get this message out there. So here we go. So my

thoughts are this. There are a lot of people out there that enjoy yoga and they go really often.

I've got clients at my hometown studio. We don't offer yoga. It's not what I'm great at,

so I don't do it. You know, we refer that out. But I've got people that go to four, five, six days a week of yoga and their mobility and their flexibility is terrible.

And they assume that yoga equals mobility and that's not the case.

You may be going to a, maybe a hot yoga glass and it's hot as hell in there and you're feeling kind of limber,

but you're actually doing a lot of flow and a lot of core strength and stability, so you can't
