improves their eating habits, training habits, sleeping habits, life habits. Basically anybody in the world, I think these things can benefit from. So if you put them in the right context or they're a right light and you apply them to your life, I think they can be pretty powerful. And again, a lot of them you probably know, but it's nice to just hear the reminder and have it, let it kind of sink in,
