Cody. Cody's producing over here sitting next to the computer telling me what to do.

We've got Justin Forsette here.

Justin, how you doing? I'm doing well. Thanks for having me. I'm going to do a very

quick introduction of you because I know you'll be too humble to say it.

Let's do it. Justin Forsette was an all-pro running back in the NFL.

He's shorter than me too, which means he's one tough guy.

And we have him on here because he's going to talk about sports

and teamwork and culture, but he's also the founder of a startup a very exciting one which we want to tell you

about and so we have an opportunity to talk to somebody who's right in the midst of

the corporate world getting funding running a company getting ready to grow it and

and you have a wonderful opportunity to share with us how this relates to

to football and to sports what's different what's what's easier, and all that kind of stuff.
