Pick your analogy, yes. And it seems so obvious and it's relatively simple and yet over the years I can't believe how many

organizations I've gone into even even large sophisticated ones, where when we ask the leadership

team if they're on the same page and they admit that they're not, that they don't really have

alignment and clarity.

Well I think that's the underlying thing of all of this

is that many companies actually feel like they have it.
