quest. So you'll layer an affirmation and a breathing technique and a moodra together into one

even one that is as commonplace as today's herb I want to share with you and that is

kamamile. You may even take kamamile for granted because it's such a common tea.

However, don't overlook the benefits of Camamile. Camamile is calming, it's soothing for your stomach. It can help you sleep better and it's very moisturizing and nourishing for your skin. So if you take a cotton

ball and soak it in Cammelty and then take the cotton ball and

place it over your skin, this can help to heal and replenish your skin. So this is something you can try as you do your

And one thing you might want to try that can be fun for you as you go through this series is to eat a meal in silence with a loved one or anyone in general just eat a meal in silence.
