I think we, I think we know what we're talking about. And the funny thing, this is the funny thing that I have to start this story with this interview.

I'm always working until I went to Barnes & Noble and I saw your book on the shelf next to mine. I'm like, oh my God, this woman is a trainer. She's an author. Who is this girl? It's awesome. And here we are. Yeah, and I saw you looking like a freight train coming up and down the road. I was like, dear God, dear God, who's that guy? Don't mess with him.
